TEKLİF VE BÜYÜK BALIK

 

Müşterinin düşündüğünden bir gömlek fazlasını teklif etmeyen bir satıcı pazarlığı başlatamaz. Pazarlığın başlaması için müşterini istediği ile sizin sunduğunuz arasında bir mesafe olmalıdır.

Bu mesafe gerçek olmayabilir. Asıl amacınız müşteriyi bu mesafeye çekmek olmayabilir ama böyle bir sanal mesafe satışı sonlandırmak için gereklidir. Diğer türlü satış için gerekli ortam oluşmaz.

Müşteri sizin sunduğunuzu reddettiğinde kendi tercihini almaya karar vermiş demektir. Sizin sunduğunuz sanal teklif satışı sonlandırmak için itici bir kuvvet sağlar.

Her zaman elinizde müşterinizin düşünebileceğinden daha büyük bir teklifiniz olsun.

Teklifinizi reddeden ve kendi teklifine sarılan kararlı bir müşteri yaratmış olursunuz.

 

 

 

 

BAŞARI VE TEKRAR

Herkes aslında zorda kaldığında bir şekilde fikirlerini, kendisini, satmak istediği bir şeyi satabilir. Profosyonellerin farkı ise bunu tekrar yapabilmeleridir.

 

 


                                                      

  DEĞİŞMEYEN TEK ŞEY DEĞİŞİM

pepsi logosunu değiştirmiş , yeni logo alt kısımdaki tasarıma dönüşmüş. Eski logo esnekliği ve hareketliliği vurgularken , bu vurgu biraz daha içe dönük idi. Yeni logo biraz daha kendisini dışa açan , enerjisini dış dünyayla paylaşan bir görünümde , bu yönüyle farklılaşıyor.

 

 

 

KADIN VE MÜŞTERİ


Erkek konuşmayı bilgi vermek için gerekli olduğu anlarda kullanır ; kadın için ise konuşmak bir ilgi ve sevgi gösterisidir. Kadınların niçin peşinde koştuklarını anlayamadığım çapkın bir arkadaşımın sırrını çok sonraları anlamıştım : kadınlarla en basit konularda dahi sıkılmadan saatlerce konuşabiliyordu…

Kadınlarla müşteriler arasında şaşırtıcı bir benzerlik olduğunu düşünüyorum. Örneğin , hiçbir müşteri de sadece ürün bilgisiyle , bilgi amaçlı yaptığınız konuşmalarla tatmin olmaz. Konuşmanızın içerisine onun değerini , önemini yansıtacak cümleler eklemeniz gerekir. Kadını anlamak için müşteriye , müşteriyi anlamak için kadına yakın olun.
